Let's be Partners

Whether you're a new nonprofit, a small shop, or have simply hit a roadblock in your fundraising efforts, working with me as your fractional fundraiser has a lot of benefits:

Affordable, High-Level Support

Small shops often face budget constraints, leading to hiring junior staff without the strategic experience needed for fundraising success. That can result in wasted time and energy on low-impact tasks. With me as your Fractional Fundraiser, you get over 15 years of experience and a passion for getting things done. Clients love this cost-effective solution for growing strategically.

A Fresh Set of Eyes

I bring new ideas and a fresh perspective to your fundraising—identifying strategies and opportunities you might have missed. Sometimes, it just takes an outsider’s view to spot hidden potential and help you unlock new possibilities for growth.

Long-term Success

Fundraising growth takes time, consistency, and a clear focus on your unique priorities. The results you see will depend on where you’re starting and what goals you’re aiming for. As your Fractional Fundraiser, I’ll make the most of your investment, ensuring sustainable growth and lasting impact every step of the way.

Reduced Risk

Hiring in-house staff for fundraising can be a huge gamble. You deal with salaries, turnover, and the constant management of a team—plus, the stress of fitting it all into your budget. With me, you take the risk out of fundraising by providing expert support at a price that makes sense for small shops. You get better results without the headaches of hiring, training, or managing staff.

You Go Change the World
I'll Bring in the Donations

Let me take the weight of fundraising off your shoulders. Here are just some of the ways I can help you:

Grow Your Donor Base

  • Let’s find those people who would love to support your mission. I’ll help you attract new donors, turn one-time gifts into ongoing support, and build campaigns that expand your community of supporters.

Keep Your Donors Coming Back

  • Donor retention is where the magic happens! I’ll help you build a plan to keep your supporters feeling connected, appreciated, and inspired. We can tackle things like re-engaging lapsed donors or creating automated thank-you systems that truly resonate.

Plan Data-Driven Campaigns That Work

  • Your donor data holds the key to smarter fundraising. I’ll help analyze trends, set realistic goals, and craft campaigns—like that big year-end push—that deliver results you can count on.

Craft Meaningful Communication

  • Words matter. I’ll help you create donor-centered emails and letters that don’t just ask for support but truly connect with your audience. We’ll make sure your messaging feels personal and aligned with your mission.

Let’s Clean Up Your Donor Database

  • Your database should work for you, not against you. I’ll help clean up outdated or duplicate records, create useful reports, and organize your donor data so you can easily identify who to engage and when. Don't have a database? We can change that together.

About Me

Hi, I’m Liz.

My passion for philanthropy started at my grandparents’ kitchen table. They taught me the value of giving back — and planning for the future. I learned early that generosity isn’t just emotional. It’s relational. It’s practical. And yes, sometimes it’s strategic (hello, tax planning and planned giving).

That early education shaped everything.

I went on to earn my B.A. and M.A. in Sociology, became a Certified Specialist in Planned Giving (C.S.P.G.), and joined the Fractional Fundraiser Network. But the real education? That came from 18+ years of fundraising for small and mid-sized human service nonprofits — organizations serving people facing real struggles, both locally and internationally.

And here’s what I know:

Human services don’t always get the biggest slice of the philanthropic pie. We’re often competing with universities, hospitals, and major arts institutions with massive advancement teams.

So I had to be gritty.
I had to think differently.
I had to build deep donor trust on tight budgets.

Along the way, I developed a deep knowledge of niche and strategic types of giving — and, just as importantly, how to talk about them in ways donors actually understand and respond to.

Through that work, I’ve secured millions in current and future gifts.

But it’s not enough.

Because other causes — just like yours — deserve access to this expertise without hiring a full-time executive or signing another overwhelming contract.

That’s why I founded The Objective Good.

I share the tools, strategies, and real-world lessons I’ve learned so you can build strong donor relationships, confidently educate supporters on the many ways they can give, and create sustainable revenue that matches the power of your mission.

My objective?

Good.

I worked closely with Liz for seven years and cannot say enough about her. She has a true understanding of what motivates and moves people to give. There is no one you could trust more! I encourage organizations seeking help in fundraising to connect with Liz. You will not be disappointed.
